Assessors
The assessor has a key role in ensuring that providers are able to proceed through a developmental process which leads to rigorous self-assessment in order to prove the quality of their systems and practice, and to support organisations which may need to develop their practice before achieving the EQM.
The Assessor Guidelines outline the processes involved in the development and assessment of learning providers for the European Quality Mark (EQM). They are in addition to the Guidelines to the EQM, which have been written mainly for learning providers filling in the EQM Assessment Form. The assessor will use both sets of guidelines to carry out their role.
